RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Recognize potential needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient in Spanish and English.
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Quick learner.
- Proactive in problem-solving.
- Ethical and Honest.
- Must pass background check and have or obtain applicable licenses.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
- Self-motivated.
- Ability to work computer functions efficiently and effectively.
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the success of the team.
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized.

Compensation: $13.00 - $23.00 per hour
